Your Questions, Answered

What should I expect from my first massage?

Your first massage will begin with an assessment where we rule out any red flags that may require a referral and establish what you would like to achieve from your treatments. We will watch you move and carry out some assessments to determine what might be going on for you. We will then discuss your treatment plan including areas of the body that will be treated and how many sessions you may need. At the end of your session you will be given any stretches and strengthening exercises you may need.

Your first session will be your initial free assessment where we establish your goals and watch you move to determine any areas of focus in your sessions. Bring along a towel and water bottle and wear clothes you can move in. The initial assessment takes 30 minutes.

What should I expect from my first clinical pilates session?
